Do you need help understanding how to align your quality management system with your business strategy?

Could you benefit from understanding creative ways to set quality goals and objectives that truly improve your system?

About This Workshop

This one-day course is designed to prepare auditors to plan and conduct internal system audits.  In addition to the traditional auditor training, this course also includes focused discussions on how to conduct effective process audits, how to better identify root causes, how to use your audit programs to improve the risk and opportunity requirements, and how to think about audits proactively.  Case studies are used to provide real world application to the ISO standard and WVMEP specific tools are provided to participants to use after the class is completed.
