Leadership can be extremely difficult. It requires balancing internal and external customer’s needs, production schedules, goals, unexpected problems, unforeseen changes, and personnel issues. How does one successfully juggle these responsibilities to ensure the successful future of the company?

About the Presenter

Chuck Stump, founder of The Performance Group, believes that attitude is ultimately more important than skill. A Charleston native and graduate of West Virginia University, he uses his diverse background and experience as a corporate manager, a proven facilitator, a trusted consultant, and the owner of four different businesses to help his clients build their people, so their people can build their business.

Since 1998, he has presented over 1,300 fun and informative presentations in the areas of leadership, change management, individual and organizational behavior, client care, and communication. His seminars use more than 27 years of hard-learned life lessons that help people change not only the way they think…but the way they act!

His client list reads like a “who’s-who” of businesses of all sizes including successful companies like Amazon.com, McDonald’s, 3M, and City National Bank just to name a few.
